BSS Plovdiv celebrates the International living together in peace day

Today is the International living together in peace day! What is celebrated om this date? Glad you asked! Living together in peace is all about accepting differences and having the ability to listen to, recognize, respect and appreciate others!
As the entire learning experience at BSS goes, the students learn the best by doing sometging in practice. Therefore, to celebrate the way in which our differences unite us, we had several activities with which we commemorated the day. For example:
The students made a huge poster, on which everyone left a colourful print of their hands. This way, we were left with a tangible asset, which can be hung on the wall, thus reminding everyone, how important is to work in a team!
Using a piece of rope, the students tied themselves in pairs by their ankles. Then the newly formed three legged students had to compete among themselves. This also showed in practice how important it is to work as a team.
Of course everyone was untied in the end.
