The students in Grade 2 presented what they’ve learned during the IPC topic “The stories people tell” in front of their parents and teachers. This part of the curriculum deals primarily with History and Geography and namely with the mythologies of the ancient peoples.

The IPC curriculum is divided into topics, which exhaustively discuss a given subject through various viewpoints. When a learning topic is done with and the students finish their exit point, they create projects, related to their studies and present those projects to parents and staff.

IPC is an important part of the education at BSP. It covers the social sciences: history, geography, economics, anthropology, cultural studies, etc. All these are quite serious disciplines in themselves but being part of a single subject demonstrates the links between them and transforms the students’ learning experience.
